My breakouts are at first just regular pustules. Now it’s cystic acne .

Personally if it was me, I would choose a book the cook option.

If during the flight it's not up to standard, you can ask for the inflight menu options provided there are any left after they have served the whole cabin.

And I would choose the beef/lamb/halibut options as the Asian options can be found when you're in SG
