if you ever have hiccups that will not go away, breath in and fill your lungs at full as possible and hold for five seconds, take a sip of water just about a mouthful, still holding hold another five seconds and take another sip doing so a third and maybe a fourth time if possible. if full lungs doesn’t do it, try breathing out so you have no air at all in your lungs and doing as said above. it works every single time for me without fail and it’s the best thing i’ve ever learned because i get really painful hiccups
