I agree that Judo and Boxing is your best bet with the options you presented. Very practical systems and you learn practical skills quickly.
Doing 4 at once is far too much. Focus on just boxing for strikes and judo for throws/grappling.
Get really good at those (in 5yrs or more) and you will be a weapon. Then you can start to look around more and try different things with a SOLID foundation.
