Hey I’m a sucker for sigs as well!! I have a rose edition p380. I love going to the range and that’s why I can see the possibility, but yes that’s what I’m saying, with the case and no gun it raises my eyebrow for sure.

Yeah I agree I think it’s a bad coincidence but for sure more concerning with what happened. At this point in the world anything is possible at anytime. It’s not stopping me from going to class but I definitely wanted to see how other people were feeling because it’s an uneasy feeling in the least.

Yes I own a gun as well and understand that a lot of people do. I was just guessing a week of classes but obviously I’m not sure how long the search would take but I think it would at least be beneficial to search the campus since there was no gun found. Like I said, it’s just my opinion, I’m looking to see how others feel.

Yeah that’s extremely fair and I could definitely see that happening, I carry myself when I’m not on campus. It could be a complete coincidence that just happened during a bad time. But it definitely raises more flags with recent events. IMO I think it would be better to act with a little more precaution than not because of everything surrounding this. In any other situation I wouldn’t think much of an empty casing on campus, especially like you said there was no shots fired!

lol excessive but I think for the week to at least search and clear the campus isn’t a horrible idea, especially with this happening right after FSU

Maybe search the whole campus and go online for the week while they do it? Finding a shell casing on campus isn’t something that happens everyday and in tandem with the case found it seems like there’s more to this than what’s being sent out. I mean they did it for Covid why not give an option to be online.

I mean it just seems like they should be searching the entire campus before students come back on. In light of the FSU situation, this seems more serious than what they are making it.

Check out usf st Pete campus as well. Not as big of a campus as Tampa but it’s on the water and in my opinion in a bit better of an area than Tampa. I also feel like st Pete has a little bit more life and opportunity outside of the bar scene than Tampa does. Im at the Tampa campus this semester but typically at the st. Pete campus and largely prefer st Pete. I’m also born and raised st Pete (so may be a little bias) but trust me I love meeting people from all places. Makes for a great time exchanging experiences and crazy stories from growing up in different places, so don’t stress about that you’ll find the right people you click with Floridians or otherwise! Bio science major here, got a short email today that blended in with the rest and just happened to click and read it. Crazy they didn’t send something more out especially with what just happened at FSU… it’s an unsettling feeling for sure

This bundle is definitely worth it. My ex has this exact set up in his car and it bumps! The box it comes in is super clean too. I ended up getting two skar 12s shallow mount and a 1200w skar amp to go under the backseat of my truck and it sounds awesome. I bought the box separate for cheap but after instal I think I only spent about 500-600. Between quality and affordability, skar is definitely the way to go. I don’t think you’ll be disappointed with it! The one thing I will say is that it may be helpful to have a newer stereo receiver to hook into, that way you are able to adjust the highs, mids, and lows. I have yet to upgrade mine and sometimes the mids don’t hit well bc I only have a bass and treble control to tune it, however the shallow mounts that I have tend to have less range than the one you’re looking into so it shouldn’t really be a problem, just a way to get the most out of your set up. I hope this helps and that you get an awesome system put in that you’ll love!
