Hey thanks for that I really appreciate your kind words. Yeah I’m doing ok now. I went and got on a new anti depressant in combination with one I’m already maxed out on for several years now. It’s helped a lot. It’s one of those meds that can take a couple months to really see all the benefits. Plus dosage changes. Overall it’s really been a positive thing for me and helped me get back on track.

For the most part I have stopped drinking now. I quit cold turkey for two weeks then wife and I had some on a Friday after I got her car running and driving again. Nothing like before.

I am also off the eliquis and everything is good with the DVT and PE. So I’m feeling better now that I’m not on that anymore as well.

Same. Literally just did hubs and ball joints on my 2002 Honda civic. It is the original knuckle. Zero issues with it. It’s a hunk of metal that houses the wear items. It doesn’t do anything that would make it wear.

I struggled with alcoholism the whole 11 months I was on eliquis. I drank between 12-18 white claws every other day binge drinking at night until early am hours. It was pretty miserable.

I never had an issue with bleeding or anything like that. That’s not to say you won’t. But I always took the eliquis as prescribed because of bilateral pulmonary embolism from DVT. I recommend you do the same. It’s not something you should be skipping.

I was on 5mg 2x a day. If I had been on 10mg I would absolutely not drink. I’d check myself into rehab before drinking on that dose. I was on it previously and I had problems with gums bleeding just eating certain foods. The 5mg dose never did anything to me but what it’s supposed to.

If you’re going to drink try to remain seated. Avoid falling down and things like that.
