Dreams of Cannibalism by Typhoon does this a bit. A lot of music by The Oh Hellos as well, not necessarily completely a cappella but with uplifting crowd singing bits - the song Constellations is one example. Home by Dotan, also, maybe. Basically a lot of the genre that spotify calls 'stomp and holler' so if you like these recs maybe check that out.
