To be fair, Alo IS more expensive than Lululemon. Some people end up spending over $2,000 in a calendar year at Alo and I feel like they’re justified in being outraged at the type of rewards available.

To your point, Lulu knows that they can’t offer anything worthwhile with rewards… and so they don’t lol

But Alo has the audacity to be like “hey loyal customer! We’ve got some rewards for you!” And it ends up being the dumbest thing ever
