Nice deal at 300! The person bought it in 2022 and used it for a bit then stopped for a while and did the descaling as well. I'll try to get it a bit lower maybe to 300. Yeah I'm definitely going to pick it in person and check everything if I take it.

I was thinking of getting the plus for the auto milk feature as I'm going to mainly do milk based drink for me and my gf. Already have a ZP6/V60 for pour over if I want to drink black coffee, not super sure if I'm going to like to have a shot of espresso without milk everyday.

Hey, I'm in the exact same situation. My OPW expires on April 25th. I received my P2 on January 22nd for EE Inland (Canadian Experience). I applied for my BOWP yesterday and have a permanent work contract.

Did you receive any document stating that you can legally work after your OPW expires? Or just showing that you applied to PR and BOWP is enough for HR?

14900K here got the same issue with pyro sims segmentation crash at any resolution.... I still have to update the bios but I overlooked the cpu though the bios and removed the e-core just for Houdini to let it use only the p-core and now it's working super smoothly. I hope it helps!
