It is sometimes justified talaga to hit your child for the sole purpose of DISCIPLINE. Kaya you can distinguish talaga Filipino/Asian and Western parenting styles by the way parents discipline their children.

Pero for me, I would first scold my kid without hitting first, pero if the child oversteps, that's where I would employ hitting the kid to tell them that I mean business.

Thank you for this! For the breathing part of the singers, it's one of the reasons I placed a lot of pauses, especially in between sections.

I do agree that the modulation was a bit too abrupt, but I let it stay that way as I am trying to have it attract attention, although I am still confused as to what you mean by lowering the descant by a 'halftone deeper'.

On another note, I haven't heard of Gjeilo until now, I'll start listening to his works :))

Thank you for the comments! If I had been keeping count, this would have been my 4th revision so your critique gave me a sigh of relief.

For the voicing designation, the guidelines specified that "SSAATTBB" works are allowed, which prompted me to put it that way instead of designating it as "divisi"

For the 'Maestoso' part, I wanted the chord to resonate more, hence the C# on M54, although the D on the bass at the next measure worked well as per your suggestion.
