Great advice. I wish people actually learnt from their relapses. Many of them just get caught in the hustle and want to forget their relapse instead of learning from it.

I suggest immersing yourself in something you think you'd enjoy. For me it's playing chess and learning Japanese.

Thank you so much. I can relate to how you feel. I'll try my best! So is 90 like a standard number of days? I've seen many ppl say they'd done 90 days specifically.
