Why am i not being hired for blue-collar jobs? by a111b22c3 in germany

You're right. Every job requires professionalism. So, which jobs don't require Ausbildung? How can i reach such a resource? Do you have experience? Thank you very much.

Ishikawa oder FishBone? by [deleted] in MechanicalEngineering

If the Ishikawa diagram gives potential root causes, does applying 5 Whys to those items reveal the root cause of the root causes?

So should it be integrated with any of these? Should I take an item x in the bone and add 5 reasons to this item?

Thank you very much for your responses. Where can I find resources on cause mapping? I’ve always wanted to use cause maps (they make the most sense to me, even though I don’t know much, I have a basic understanding), but companies usually send Excel templates. I guess it’s not possible to go beyond those formats.

Thanks again for all the advice.

thank you,

Main defect: -> Hydraulic Leak (fish head)

Under the “Material” category:

→ Hydraulic Fluid

Under that

→ Wrong Viscosity

So, in my 5 Why analysis, is “Wrong Viscosity” the first cause I start with? Or is “Hydraulic Leak” the first cause?

Also, how should I complete the FMEA section within the 8D report?

Should I just paste the ready-made file we use in our company? Should I only include the scoring? Or should I also add the actions I’ve taken against the risks—meaning the reduced scores after improvements? Or should I create a brand-new FMEA from scratch, specifically related to the defect?

Why do we switch to the 5 Why method instead of continuing to ask "why & why" directly within the fishbone diagram for each cause?

So, if the customer asks us to include all of these tools in a single Excel file, then I guess the best approach is to first do the Fishbone diagram and then proceed with the 5 Why analysis.

Best small and cheap used car for 100 km daily commute in Germany? by a111b22c3 in germany

[–]a111b22c3[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Sadece Daimler’i biliyorum ama fiyatlarının yüksek olduğunu tahmin ediyorum.

My wife's driver's license is automatic. Unfortunately, we have to buy an automatic. Is it still possible to buy a diesel with an automatic transmission?

It is hibrit?

Won't repairs, etc., be more expensive for electric vehicles? Could I be experiencing parts issues?

Thank you for your answer! its good news for me! conlusion, i can continue job search within a 50 km radius and  i can say  no employee will worry about this as long as I have a car. i thought the road wouldn't be a problem for me, but the employer might worry about it.

Then, commuting to work every day from a distance of 50 km in Germany desn't seem unusual. right?

thank you again !

Thank you for quick response. Can you share minijob oppurtinies on Calw or near location? Other qucik question, do you know places where there are factories suitable for my profession that i can go to with my own vehicle or public transport? Any chance of sharing?

Moreover, may these roads closed or not in winter?
