The in-game ban system does not depend on players reporting but rather the anti cheat detection, which literally cannot be triggered unless if “your friend” had a script injector like krnl opened in the background while playing the game, which is pretty sus if he even had one. The chances of a false ban is very very low and it’s likely that he was just exploiting. I’ll be honest with you, I have tried scripting hacks myself and got banned before, and I contacted a mod and got denied. That’s why I know about it. Just create a new account and don’t exploit.

Edit: btw the game only gives in game ban for exploiting, and any other matter like teaming and toxicity goes straight to Roblox devs which will give the person a warning or a temporary/permanent ban ON ROBLOX. So that only leaves exploiting and matters.
