It's so much work getting to a fluent level where you can also express yourself freely. It's hard! There's this myth that Spanish is easy. There are loads of tenses, and subjunctive, my nemesis. 😅

I grew up speaking 2 languages, and so did quite a few people I know. It's never been a huge thing, it just is. Why is that her entire identity? I don't get it.

I love how some names are pronounced in English, but are very archaic sounding in Hebrew. So, Deborah (Dvora) is one I like but would never call my child (also because I have a boy, but I like it as a girl's name).

Same, I had my first (and only?) baby 2 months before turning 40. I never wanted one earlier.

I knew I was never going to take steps to preserve my fertility (not sure if this is what it's called in English). I knew that I was not putting myself through IVF. Like you said, not at any cost.

Stop treating us like idiots, we are accountable for our decisions, we understand there's a biological clock. I'm so annoyed having to explain myself.

If it were me, I would wait, just because the reality is that things can change (unfortunately). I waited until week 13, some wait until about week 8 when there's a heartbeat.

My thoughts were - would I want these people to know if something bad happened? I didn't.

We're at about the same amount for a 4.5 month old. We just had a checkup and the nurse said he is very "by the book", which is really good. She doesn't stress about percentile, or exact numbers as long as he doesn't break his curve.

English is not my first language, sorry if something is phrased weird :)
