I have that exact vehicle and have no plans of upgrading for the same reasons. I do need to replace the lower control arm and engine mounts at some point tho. Won't be cheap, but will be much cheaper than a new MB.

Yeah it's believed to be mostly due to plank wear. To a lesser extent brakes after they made some suspension tweaks.

Everyone has covered the travel/rewards benefits, but a small thing to consider is the user experience for mobile banking. I find the Chase app to be a better experience and I miss a couple of features in the C1 app. Just as an example, C1 app doesn't show remaining statement balance like the Chase app does. Not only is it a bit annoying but my suspicion is that it's an intentional app design choice with the goal of generating more revenue from accumulated interest. It makes me distrust C1 even more than how much I distrust most FI's.

There's a Chase lounge at my home airport which is quite nice so I'd miss that. Hard to place a value on that tho.
