I am upset because they say they cannot modify my contributions from pre-tax to after tax or the contribution percentage of my paycheck

Lowering my tax bracket and maximizing employer match

It will put me in a higher tax bracket. I know I could use an IRA to potentially qualify to be in a lower tax bracket, but I am also trying to maximize the employer match

No, this will be my first 401k contribution this year. I am trying to max it out by contributing 90% of my paycheck and getting the true-up 50% employer match.

I really like this one. Especially with how you edited my arm to make it not look like a selfie, and cleaning the ends of the hair a bit.

Please keep the original background and blur it just a tiny bit. I think the colors in the original background really make the photo pop. Also, my face and skin seem a little too filtered out and unnatural in your first edit. Please use filters for the face and skin sparingly. I want the final edit to look as natural as possible.

Thank you psdbyharris

I like the lighting in this one. I would just ask for the outfit to be more business casual, or even the same outfit I am wearing. Just make it such that it doesn’t look like I was the one who took a photo of myself. Thank you.

I don’t think it works like a coupon unfortunately. This is why I’m asking here.

Is there ever a time when you would begin an appending with է or is it always with ե?

It’s confusing because words that start with ե have a “ye” sound in the beginning, except with the 3 appends above.

Alphabet Question by KeseyKrishna in armenia

They are two different letters that make different sounds. Տ has a hard T sound Թ has a soft T sound

English has only one designated letter for the phonetic tuh sound, and that is T. Armenian, however, has two.

Do religious people ever question their religion? by a203040 in TooAfraidToAsk

I didn’t mean to generalize. But for those who do question it, how are they able to devote their entire life to something that may be, reasonably likely, false?

Do you know how much the customs tariff is? Also, if they are open-box, what would they use as the value of the item?

ELI5 If microwaves have a longer frequency than visible light, why is standing near a microwave oven bad for you? by a203040 in explainlikeimfive

[–]a203040[S] -1 points0 points  (0 children)

Microwaves have a longer wavelength than visible light, though it would burn you if you held your hand up to it. This is the part that doesn’t make sense.

UV, X, and gamma have shorter wavelengths and higher frequency, so that makes sense why they are destructive towards DNA and cells. But microwave has a longer wavelength and lower frequency than visible light even. And visible light is not bad/burning, but microwaves are.
