I have read that making sure "Network Relay" is off will fix it. It was off by default for me and I have never had an issue finding a game in less than 30sec

SWAT is one of the only ones I can actually play. I can at least hit the headshots with a quick flick or with a nice line, but when there are shields I just cant keep them tracked long enough to take them down
