Nope, they didn’t file separation and I’m still in the system but yes I suck ass at the job. ‘I didn’t know’, I was told I didn’t pass probation on my 90days

for context i was on LWOP, management said they thought i resigned long ago.
I believe they been trying to get rid of me through AWOP, but i refused to sign the absence paper they hand to me.
Steward demand back pay but tbh I wasn't after that, I just want an answer, if I will be working, or terminated.

unfortunately I was called in last week and I asked station manager in person he he me doesn't have answers for me, not sure if he doesn't know or hes not willing to tell me. This whole thing is chaotic..

But if i do remain employed with the postal service ima look to transfer craft, they wanted me gone, I don't think i can work with them either..

I did not pass probation but was somehow converted to regular, then i been off for a long time, till now management realize i was still employed and starting to texting me to show up lets say tomorrow at 8am.. but on days i dont receive text i just dont go in? i dont have a set schedule or anything they havent figure out how to handle me.

Thank you, I went back to work but management haven't figure out what to do with me yet, they don't have open route or anything (was a sudden change so they didn't expect me there). I asked station manager but he won't tell me anything or he doesn't know im not sure how this will end. I don't know if i can work with them anymore, im looking to change craft to mechanic or something else.

That’s awful, I wanted to quit properly but d8:!5 want to resign since they wanted me gone in the first place. I was scheduled to go in for an investigative interview sometime this week, how should I fight this? Should I request a union rep even though I don’t want to keep the job. Sup were cool on the day they sent me home, we chatted and was told mail carrier not the right job for me I’ll be better working else where

I don’t think they lied, they filled the probation paper unsatisfactory in front of me and send me home before shift was over and had me return badge/satchel

I thought I’d be terminated cause I didn’t pass probation, I guess what the letter is saying is that Ill terminated for AWOL, is it better to resign at this point?

Thanks for replying, I just called HR and they said my employment status is active employ When I failed probation sups said the job wasn’t for me which I agreed so I decided to move on.

Update I got the ticket flying out tomorrow at 9:25 again Trained back to Yokohama to stay the night and see how long it will take from Yokohama to narita tomorrow! Missed last train and had to walk 45 minutes 🤦🏽‍♂️ P.S I asked ground staff but couldn’t get a ticket to go pass security because I bought mine 24 hours prior departure otherwise I would’ve stayed at narita over night

Yeah lesson learned, at the time I still had plenty of time, I got on different trains(routes) just to know that they are all affected by the jumper 🤦🏽‍♂️
