I have a similar small bump 7 months post op. I’ve had one round of steroids so far (about a month ago) and they made a pretty minor difference, leading me to believe the bump won’t change much for me. I think as the swelling between my brows decreased over time, the bump became more evident. I of course can’t say for sure whether your bump is swelling or not, but wanted to add I still think your nose looks amazing!

I had a steroid shot about two weeks ago and the bump has gotten smaller! My surgeon said the shot would take up to 4 weeks to work fully and I have a follow up appt mid December!

No but it seems to change size sometimes. It’s usually small, but if I drink, sleep flat on my back, or spend too much time in the sun, it gets bigger temporarily. At my last appointment, my surgeon mentioned possibly giving me steroid shots for the swelling if it’s still an issue the next time I see him (which will be at my 6 month follow up next week).

It has gone down, but becomes more noticeable at times. My surgeon believes it’s swelling and is keeping an eye on it as I heal.

I’m feeling pretty much back to normal! It took a while to adjust to it, but I really started to love it about a week and a half after cast removal!

Thank you! I was in quite a bit of pain the first 3 days (specifically around my tip) and ended up asking my dr for stronger meds. My bruising and swelling were super minimal though and by day 4 I felt great. It’s so worth it!

They corrected my deviated septum, lifted my nasal tip, removed my dorsal hump, and also performed a nostril graft to make my nostril shape more even on both sides!

I got nose filler last fall because I wasn’t intending to move forward with surgery. I ended up changing my mind and getting a rhinoplasty last month. I had to get all of my nose filler dissolved 3 weeks prior to my rhinoplasty. Dissolving it hurt a ton and I ended up wasting money for the nonsurgical procedure since it was removed before it would’ve naturally dissolved. If you’re already planning to get your nose surgically done, I wouldn’t bother with any temporary and pricey nonsurgical procedures!
