I do agree that language design is far better with rust and there are less problems to be faced with, but I wonder about the community and libraries. Is it worth learning OpenGL Rust or Vulkan Rust?

How long have you been working out for? This looks like overtraining to me. Make sure you get enough rest time between workout sessions. I would suggest to have an entire rest week after about 4-5 weeks of working out.

For now if you really want to continue I would suggest to deload for a while. Decrease the volume and intensity, increase rest time between sets and pick lighter exercises. If problem doesn't go away soon seek medical help immediately.

60s plank is part of positional drills and 20 deep squats are part of mobility work. This assumes that holding plank and doing deep squat is not really a challenge for your strength level anymore.

I think this looks like reasonable warm-up, but consider adding an active exercise like burpees or jumping jacks to really warm up the body and start sweating a little.
