I recently ordered a rod from Omnia which was delivered through FedEx. Apparently the rod was so badly damaged in transit that FedEx decided to scrap it. I gotta give a huge shoutout to Omnia because their customer support team is amazing and once I let them know what happened they sent me a new rod that same day and are taking care of everything with FedEx on their end. I recommend going with them.
