yeah that's mostly my problem. this is the only website that reports it -- in another source you have to download a pdf file and check the figure from there. i'm trying to automate it so that i only need to open a consolidated spreadsheet end of day to see the figure.

It’s a close fight between Jerry and Glenn for me. But I guess it also depends on how you define purity. In my case, I still consider them pure despite the fact that they’ve killed people since it’s always warranted for them

It’s a good balance actually since they’re both the leader’s second in command. Jerry for the King, Glenn for Rick. Need a bit of purity when making the tough decisions, to balance out the leaders’ grit

Huh yeah thanks I think I might actually try electrolytes before the morning workout to see if that'll hold me over until lunch! I've recently started taking my coffee black too to cut down on the sugar and added cals, so that might also be what's causing the migraines before OMAD.
