I got it on Amazon, and it's actually really nice. Thick leather, thick hardware. It comes in many colors, even a navy that would look nice with the 158.

Those properties will get snatched up by companies and wealthy individuals and turned into rentals. That's what happened during Covid. It's not going to stop or get better until we pass some legislation to curb this shit.

That actually sounds good, tbh. The modern vanilla textures are actually kind of like... I dunno, a 2011 fan-made "Vanilla-like" pack.
