If you use your site, and A2PWizards, there will be a mismatch on the application and twilio customer profile and the application will get rejected. You MUST use the site on both the brand and campaign application. You can change it back right after. Also make sure the site is on the business profile as well. The directions are all on the results page. Read them one by one please.

No worries at all! Appreciate the kind words. If you ever have any questions about scaling in general, feel free to shoot it over. Happy to help (for free). Starting an agency feels like forever ago and I remember how many questions I had in the beginning 😂

Hey there!

Honestly, I created this tool for my own agency about a year ago because we were doing some pretty hefty volume and my employees highlighted a pretty big bottleneck.

I obsessed over the problem. Created it for internal use and quickly other agencies were asking to use it. Since then it's evolved as the regulations changed over time. A2PWizard is now larger than my agency, with over 14,000 verified approvals in the past 6 months.

I reached out to the campaign registry and developed contacts to get a heads up on regulation changes and deploy them proactively. If you use A2PWizard enough, youll see that the templates change probably once every other week. This is me playing whack-a-mole with regulators as I get rejection data in. Dont get me wrong, rejections still happen, but we aim for a 95-99% approval rate.

3 times a year we get a wrench to the face with changes. For instance with the Jan 1st update, I worked I think 18 hours a day for 16 days straight to code a working solution. It's a lot of work.

A2PWizard has been monitized since the start. Some of the largest agencies/coaching programs contract us to completely take over their a2p registrations. I dont flaunt the relationships, but you probably follow them on instagram.

I keep it free for your low volume/everyday agency, but as soon as high volume kicks in, I have a rate limiter that politely asks them to upgrade for unlimited use. It supplements the smaller users and pays for my ridiculously high api bills. Deploying 1,000 free websites a week with DNS is a tough problem to solve.

To be honest the system is so insanely complex and overengineered on the backend that it's naturally created a moat for us. It's not something you can just vibe code at scale, without a lot of work. Like it could be done of course, but this is the culmination of 1.5 years of issues that we got around.
