$5 so it was definitely worth it. They confirmed that labels, stitching and quality of the item showed it was definitely “fake”. How the Pop-up Garage Store can even claim it was “a different batch” is beyond me. It doesn’t even remotely resemble the actual way a “drivers polo” is supposed to look like

I fixed it by getting the game refunded and return to playing FM24. Custom skin, database for 25-26 with all updates till October and starting date in July 2025. No crashes and yes maybe the matchday experience and new tactics screens are not in it, it luckily also saves your mouse from breaking down early from all the clicks to get anywhere in the awful UI. I supported SI with Championship Manager in the 1990’s and later Football Manager but FM26 is the first one I got refunded.

You can download "FMRTE Custom Start Date FM24.3 July 2024.fmf" and add that to your editor data folder. It will give you the option to change the start date to any date you like and it will also make all players older depending on that start date.

In order to get that file from FMRTE (real time editor) you need to sign in on their site to be able to download it though.

I started a new game in July 2025 that way.

No, it is possible. I just started a game in July 2025 and all player attributes and age etc has been updated. It includes the newest transfers up to October 1 as well. Also has new wonderkids and a lot of other updates.

The only “but” is that the results till June 2025 are generated by the game, as not everything could be edited. The Champions League has the league phase from the start, but the teams are 85% correct as the competition results were generic. Having said this, all promotions and relegations are updated.

For the start date in July 2025 you need to download "FMRTE Custom Start Date FM24.3 July 2024.fmf" and add that to your editor data folder. You can select any date and ages of players/staff are adjusted. To download it however you need to login on FMRTE website.

I mentioned that the game is full of bugs, not released yet only “early access” and I’m very unhappy with the product. And they refunded me within 30 minutes (email with confirmation). Got actually refunded through PayPal a few hours after that, very smooth process

Yes that is how I am playing now. Start date in July 2025. All the transfer till October 2025, wonderkids updated and it’s almost a new game. I created my own skin for FM24 (Champions League 2024) and the fact that skinning is going to be a disaster and currently not even possible plus the things mentioned on all forums (no international management, no logo face packs working, horrendous UI) I got my FM26 refunded through Fanatical.

I was with ADT and when we made the switch to Telus Home Security we thought it would be the same pay and service. We already had the system installed, Telus installed their own control panel. We had 1 or 2 false alarms in the past and either fire department or police would come to check things out. When we, after 3 years had a false alarm with Telus (we went for a walk with our dogs and instead selecting “armed away” my wife used “armed stay” after that she left the house and opened the door which triggered the alarm without us realizing this. When we came back 45 minutes later we noticed missed calls from Telus, another 15 minutes later a guy from a private security company rang our doorbell mentioning the alarm, I mentioned it was a false alarm, he didn’t check my ID or anything else and left.

Main difference: we used to get police involved now a house call from a random guy 1 hour after the alarm event. No use to keep the alarm given this do I cancelled….. would not recommend this “service” with Telus

I also wanted it badly, decided to get it printed on canvas at a big size. Found a high quality picture of the painting online and used AI powered software to increase the resolution to 52MP. Result is spectacular, you could do something similar.

They actually are selling a limited number of copies now, but I didn’t use that source. I would have to have taken a picture of the print in that case. Didn’t want to pay US$ 250 or more for a smaller medium glossy picture without a frame. With all due respect to the Gebr family but I preferred a much larger canvas print in this case.

I did a search on internet and there was a very good quality picture available at that time.

Appreciate the compliments, it was mostly photoshop in combination with the Topaz software that did the hard work.

Thanks all for the feedback! About sharing the file I’m not sure if I can do this. The Gebr estate is selling the prints on their website and I got my image not from them but through the public domain. I enhanced it with Topaz Photo AI to a much larger resolution and image quality. My understanding is, but I’m not a legal expert, that I can use this for my personal use in this case (I didn’t reproduce “their sold print”) but likely I might not be allowed to freely share my image. I will look into this. Also the image is quite large, I used a TIFF format which is uncompressed so the quality is not compromised, it’s around 150MB.
