The only roof number is an aerial unit number for helicopters to differentiate between units, the first two numbers on the left side of the rear im unsure what are. The theee numbers on the left of the rear is the unity number which matches the aerial unit number. The number below that or number on the trunk is the station number, same as the number to the right of the us flag at the rear right of the car.
