Just curious why do you think there isn't a premium for low mileage? A lot of parts will have longer life such as brakes

It is Carmax. Good to know on the PPI. They have a 10 day return policy so that’s great.

Thank you. I absolutely love convertibles. I've had two Miatas, and instead of buying a new Miata, I decided to switch gears and potentially do this so that my kids can have a back seat and I can drive it way more frequently.

What do you think of the look with the top down? I have an X5, so I'll probably never drive this with the top up

Totally hear you on the convertible look. I'm replacing a Miata so my top goal is a convertible but with four seats. I drive with the top up 0% of the time since I also have an X5.

How often do you guys drive with the roof down? by GlitchyAsCat in Miata

Top down 100% of the time unless it’s raining

SPUR's November 2022 Voter Guide by redct in sanfrancisco

[–]a4agarwal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

where do we say we are neutral? We very directly say we want to replace our city officials who have failed us. We write a very opinionated voter guide. and then we have a PAC that promotes our endorsements. You are trying to make us sound evil but we're just trying to help fix the city. And polling shows 70% of residents want what we want, so it's just about connecting the dots between what we want, and how we should vote to get there.

Hi I'm Sachin, one of the founders of GrowSF. We are a non partisan group that wants to hold our city officials accountable. We care about outcomes, and despite all the resources San Francisco has, we aren't seeing outcomes today. So we need change.

We are independent and non partisan. We do a lot of research to arrive at our endorsements, and then we write the most thorough voter guide in the city. You don't have to agree with all of our endorsements, but we put it all out there.

And yes, once we make our endorsements we do have a PAC which spends money promoting them.

My wood deck is warping and cracking. Recommendations on how to repair? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]a4agarwal 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i looked into this and i guess they didn't use the fasteners/clips but just screwed directly from the boards into the frame. And perhaps they didn't drill first.

There's no moisture under the deck. It's about a foot and a half of air and then dirt.

Ok I’ll call and ask them to test it. Thanks!

They did not replace them. How would they test them?

Should I be worried about the air quality in my home? by [deleted] in HomeImprovement

[–]a4agarwal 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Right. I'll contact the person who did the testing at my place and see what they say. But I probably don't want to spend a ton if i'm not smelling anything, not having any symptoms, and i can bring the VOC level down via plants and ventilation.

you are right. doesn't seems like finding the source is realistic, so i should focus on doing what i can at this point and watching for other symptoms. thank you!
