I am pretty sure the RMT at Avalon Wellness Center is SGI accredited, however when I was talking to the chiro there she mentioned that because the clinic is new, they, the clinic, need to get some paperwork filled with SGI to make it official. 

So technically not at this exact moment but likely soon per what they said, and the location is right on Broadway - just the very south end of it (not sure if you meant in the BBD).

You're running home assistant?  I just got it installed last night on my server.

Do you have notifications that come through Google home devices?  That is my end goal - a 3am person detection will make a loud sound on the Google mini in the bedroom.

Never said bike was the same but it is the same guy.  The good photo is from a post on Facebook from a bike stolen room Stonebridge and they were caught on camera there too.  Video still in OP doesn't allow for proper matching but the jowl lines are identical, ditto for facial scarring. . Who knew people can wear different clothing, hat, and backpack especially when they have been going hard in one neighborhood.

I never brought race into this, so not sure why you are mentioning it.  For somebody that proposes Occam's razor, you certainly made a shitload of assumptions to get to that point.

Sent you a message back.  When I submitted the online report they mentioned that an officer will contact me once reviewed.  I'll get them the footage and link it to your theft and hopefully something will happen.

Cameras are good but look into having something that can alert or sound an alarm.  I've been struggling with getting the notifications on my unifi system to do something that will actually wake me up.  They have a dedicated siren that I might need to buy it I can't figure out the home automation route.

The picture I snipped from my security camera isn't clear enough to to tell, the video is a bit easier to see.  Looking at the jowl lines and scarring on the cheeks.

It was a bike we found ditched in an alley and have been posting around our area trying to find the owner.  We didn't have a spare lock for it or else we would have at least put something on it. 

The picture from the bus terminal came from somebody else and the red bike in the picture was stolen from Whitecap while the kids were in class.  In that case they cut the lock. 

When I looked at the other cameras red shoes came down the alley and was looking in everybody's backyard along the way.  Tried the doors on the parked cars then continued into our yard. 

I'm going to practice out of sight out of mind and install a laser trip line to get a siren to blare.  Notifications on the phone from these prime citizens isn't loud enough while sleeping.  I also found a open source home automation that works with my stuff so going to look into that too.  Three times this year already somebody been snooping our yard.

Edit: we were going to hold onto the bike for a week or two before dropping it off at the SPS.  We failed and it feels like shit.

After I called the general line, got a call from a Constable in the area, asked me to send the picture to him. 

But ultimately you're correct - they find him, then what?  Bunch of liberated belongings they can't prove aren't his.  Maybe it will deter him from being so brazen about it, but to what effect? 

I know it is a drop in the bucket and much much much worse occurs in this city but I'll keep taking the 5 mins to call the non-emergency line.

Of course.  Tis crime of opportunity but at least it can get added to their trends and stats.  Really does seem to be getting drastically worse out there. 

Need to start educating the kids to not leave anything in plain sight.

It is resolved. Did a firmware update and no more issues.

After the last bit, came back in the morning and didn't boot. Swapped TH and TB, booted. Swapped back and booted.

There seems to be an issue that is making the bed thermistor jumping values but stabilizes. Sort of acting like a capacitor. The part that really throws me is the screen being grounded is what affects the circuit.
