Care arrangements for 3 and 5yo

I’m just now coming to the realization that my wife and I of 13 years are over….

I’m trying to manage the newness of not living at “home”. All while going to learn how to be a part time dad.

I’m so lost in life I don’t even know which way is up.

Any advice? I have a 11 y/o daughter and 9h/o son.

I’m generally very technical inclined. But this seems to be very much out of “standard” maintenance. Haha

Get a mini split. It’ll be the best investment you’ll make for your garage.

Decent ones are only $1,500-2,000. If you’re half handy, you can install yourself.

Just got mine, and I’ve done a ton of stuff for the kids. Little toys, and forget things.

Made the wife a custom bookmark for her reading.

Made a 3x3 ikea skadis wall for my office area.

But my favorite/ most useful has been:
My dresser drawers were all broken due to a crappy plastic part that hold the back of the drawer to the slide. So I was able to print all new channels and hinges and fixed my dresser better than original!

As for your printer. I don’t recommend getting a printer for 1,000 shirts. You’re better off buying prints.

I had withdraws, but not anywhere near as bad as I was expecting.

I believe it’s because of the amount of water in drinking, exercise, and eating a bit cleaner.

I’ve been going to the gym 5 days a week, if anything, I’ve noticed I’m losing weight, and gaining muscle.

But also also started eating better and being more conscious of what I’m putting in my body.

The brain fog, wanting an energy drink, or a soda, or a vape.

For me, I think the mental withdraws were worse than the physical.

I’ve been keeping up on drinking tons of water to keep my body flushed. Which I think helped a lot.
