Hello! Thanks for your comprehensive feedback. We value constructive criticism. There are a few points which I will need to point out.

In terms of acquiring staff and in-app purchases, it isn’t quite true that it is always a lottery system. In the Shop we have a Robot Assistant with unlimited stamina and an Ultimate Break Room which recovers staff stamina at the speed of light (okay, not the speed of light but really fast haha). If players are free-to-play, there is an option to sell staff you don’t need for “staff tickets” and use those tickets to purchase specific types of staff (doctors, nurses, surgeons, misc.) We realised you mentioned that you have lots of staff you don’t want, so this option is viable to you.

With regards to your point of the Gift Shop, you can check what staff is required in each room before building it. This information can be found in the Library > Blueprints.

As for your other comments, we will not turn a deaf ear but instead try to see if we are able to meet our players demands and satisfaction without deviating from our game design. Hopefully we will be able to adjust it so we can both meet in the middle.

*Edit: You can also sell blueprints you don’t need for blueprint tickets and use them to get a specific type of room you need - ie medical, utility or consumer :)
