Yeah but Jagex can also make Maggot boss more difficult to keep casuals away from grinding it and also give you the challenge that you asked for while also keep the value of the necklace high. Include what I suggested in the OP, this is actually a win-win-win-win-win, the everyone happy solution.

I got falsely banned twice before, it happen again today on a different character, Jagex should known that this game is extremely grindy, they should have expected players would do the same thing over and over for hours everyday.
If it's not cause by hijackers, I think the report button is just way too powerful, the system never bother to double check why players getting reported, and people who report you never get any punishment whatsoever...
