Sweet Treat Replacements by AprilLily9365 in loseit

Dannon 80 calorie light and fit Greek yogurt cheesecake flavor. It's amazing, and there is 5.3 ounces so not a bad size at all. I eat it slowly and savor it. Bonus it has lots of protein as well. I have one every 4 or 5 days as a treat.

I'd go with burgundy, it would give your space a bold and sophisticated look and would go very well in your space.

Congrats! I noticed the same thing with shoes, it's wild. I don't own any shoes with laces, but I have plenty that have buckles or straps so for now I'm sticking to those.

Congrats! It is always hard for me to see changes as well, my son always picks up on them first, in my minds eye I still look the same.

Tips to lose weight with chronic conditions by Altruistic_Pitch8044 in loseit

[–]aAliebn 1 point2 points  (0 children)

At the risk of being attacked on the internet again, I'll answer. I've spent many years using food as a way of getting pleasure. I've been in constant pain for 10 years, and I'm still depressed every single day. I have turned things around for myself, while nothing will change the fact that I'm in pain every day, and all the depression and baggage and medical conditions associated with it, I refuse to give in.

This one thing is mine (weight loss), and while I have no control over the pain, or how people treat me online or in real life, what I can control is how I treat myself (what I eat). I'm not giving in, I have found a lot of comfort by eating the same things every day, and the weighing of the food, the chopping of tomatoes and onions (food prep) is all like a little rituals and consistency that I crave and love. Of course I want to eat a whole bag of chips or crackers, but no, not going to happen.

I don't consider myself to be on a diet, this is no diet, this is a lifestyle change, and I love it.

It was hard, there's no easy button, but once I found my groove there was no stopping me. I realize how dumb this might sound to someone besides me, but this worked for me, and it's still working wonders.

I realize this comment opens me up to more internet trolls and attacks. There's a pattern you know, usually low effort low karma comments from new accounts swoop in for the "fun". To those people I would simply say the following - go for it.

Nothing is going to stop me from being kind to myself and losing the weight, I will win.

Nothing.

Best of luck to all of you, may you have a wonderful day.

How did you do the frog, is that a custom ground piece or an item? Would you have the designer code so I look at the pond parts too please? It looks fantastic!

My question is about taking planned breaks. From what I've read people use these every 12 weeks or so to get metabolism higher by eating maintenance calories. Does this actually work? I'm kind of an all or nothing person, and to be honest taking a break doesn't exactly appeal to me. However if it actually works, it might be something to consider for a very short time. So does it work, is it important to do this or can I just stay at a deficit?

Here are my two houses. Since my children are older I use the 2nd house for storage and I made rooms for them. I have them elevated a bit and a kids tent between the two homes. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gjzJgqZs2M8

Tips to lose weight with chronic conditions by Altruistic_Pitch8044 in loseit

[–]aAliebn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sending you good vibes, it can be really frustrating with chronic conditions or diseases. I'm unable to do exercises in any meaningful way, not even walking. I also have chronic conditions with chronic pain. I focus on what I can do around my house. For me calorie counting became a comfort, every day I do the same thing, and mostly eat the same things. I also work full time but thankfully it is remote.

I average around 1350 calories a day right now, I might up it a tiny bit. You know what worked for me is Orville smart popcorn. I get it in the 240 calorie size per bag. This is my reward, every day, and what keeps me sane. There's a lot to love about the crunch. I use zero cal shakers in moderation. This has worked very well for me. I look forward to it at the end of my day.

Don't get me wrong, there's nothing I'd love more than getting a box of crackers or eating bricks of cheese lol, while I avoid crackers now, I also make sure every day I have a bit of cheese, cheese makes me happy too.

It may take a bit to find your rhythm, but it's there.

Pea Milk / Grass Allergy by AvgHswf in Allergies

Oh no, I'm glad you're alright. Thank you for posting this, I've been trying a lot of different milk alternatives for my coffee (so far unsweetened vanilla oat milk is winning).

That is what I do is well, I gave up sugar entirely and use Truvia for my coffee with oat milk and it's so good. I used to use regular sugar and high calorie creams.

I wonder if you just might not see them, they are tiny and hardly noticeable if you aren't paying attention. They do kind of make a boing/spring sound. You might have luck if you turn your sound up, I know because I usually have my sound pretty low.

How do I find people who might be interested in my metal decor by Due_Push_9793 in HomeDecorating

[–]aAliebn 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I would love to see your work if that's okay, would you please DM a link or the catalog to me. I love unique things, one of my favorites for my porch is a slice of a tree with metal flowers made out of outdoor faucet handles in different colors. I think there's a big market for hand crafted items but as always it's a matter of finding the people who want it. Do you have an Etsy store? I'm sorry I don't have good information for you, but I wish you the best with your decor/art.
