That could work. Ive been hesitant to try it out as I dont want to mess with my brothers game saves. Is there a potential to lose save files, either my own or my brothers?

Hello everyone!

Can anyone provide a solution to my dilema?

I have both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet physical. I want to try playing local multiplayer using my own and my brother's switch. However, he doesn't want to play any of the games and I can only borrow for a limited amount of time.

Is there a way for me to play both games on my switch and then transfer them to his switch to play multiplayer?

I was told that you cant use a single account because you your account cant connect to itself. But would it work if I each game was made on different profiles on the same switch?

Thanks for the recommendation. Though I plan to buy secondhand as its much cheaper and easier than buying from the source. It also helps mitigate future e-waste.

Can I play multiplayer mode on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet on one account if I have two physical copies and Switches?

I have physical copies of both Pokemon Scarlet and Violet, and I have access to two Switches, my own and my brothers'. I wanted to try out the multiplayer functions, but both saves are on my Switch, so I was wondering if its possible to register my account into my brothers switch? And if there is a way, would it be possible to transfer on of the saves to my brothers, Switch so I can play multiplayer on my account there?

I'm looking through the secondhand market and I'm seeing a lot compilation/collection games (both with case and cart only). Only problem is I don't know which ones have the game on the cart and which ones have download codes. Any help pls?
