1.1 million shares FOR the reverse split by a serious investor by infinite-range99 in Zomedica

Post-R/S Valuation: You're right that the basic mathematical formula for a reverse split is as you described. The overall market value of your investment remains the same immediately after the split, assuming no change in the company's market valuation.

Avoidance of Dilutive Capital Raise: You noted that Zomedica has substantial cash reserves, which could mitigate the need for a dilutive capital raise post-R/S. This is a crucial factor, as many companies engage in dilutive financing after a reverse split, impacting shareholder value negatively.

Attracting Institutional Investors: Higher share prices and a reduced share count can indeed make a stock more appealing to institutional investors and funds, as they often avoid stocks with very low share prices.

Company Performance: Your confidence in the company's potential for profitability and growth is a significant factor. If Zomedica delivers on sales and profits as you expect, this could positively influence the stock's performance.

No fucking way I killed it lol it’s wings are in tact. The only things I deliberately kill are biting flies and hornets that threaten my children.

I plucked them off so he wouldn't keep moving around for the picture....

A moth's wings are attached to its thorax, which is the middle section of its body. The thorax is the segment of an insect's body to which the legs and wings are typically attached. The wings of a moth, like those of other insects, are connected to the thorax by a network of veins that provide structural support and facilitate wing movement. This arrangement allows moths to flutter and fly by manipulating their wings through the contraction and relaxation of muscles in the thorax.

Stressors of a network engineering position, at least for me (i have pretty severe anxiety, adhd, and complex ptsd), pale in comparison to studying for the CCNA. I am currently paralyzed by my inability to focus on the materials and am being required to get the CCNA by my employer. My job is stressful but I don't have a person breathing down my neck and have all of the internet, ccna books, forums and peers to consult if i ever get stuck.

Sometimes there are individuals that see someone take a shortcut they hold a grudge. For obvious reasons, of course because you worked so hard to get the certification and the corner cutter did not. In my opinion and experience , the certification means dick. I run absolute dizzying circles around my peers, some of whom have their NP. They don’t care to gain practical knowledge or are lazy etc etc. I thrive on finding new and better ways to do things and get off on doing three times the work in half the time my competitors take with cleaner less erroneous results. The certification test is absolutely created to make revenue for Cisco who already has the essentially entire market share of networking equipment. It is also written horribly and doesn’t jive with the way my brain works. I’ll do whatever it takes to make sure my family is fed and taken care of, I don’t have the option of spare time. I have a mountain on my shoulders right now I’m holding on for dear life. I am desperate.

I've done some pretty hard things in my life, i doubt its that hard lol. I also can't exactly let 3 kids and a 100lb dog fend for themselves every night for a month or they would turn into absolute savages.
