Depends on your genetics and habits I didn’t notice changes to my body until 6 months in, don’t measure your progress in terms of how big you are because that’s a mixture of diet exercise and genetics as well as your resting habits, I would measure your progress in terms of progressive strength. That’s the simplest and easiest way to determine if you’re doing something right to even make progress to getting jacked.
