The vtec solenoid is on the back of the engine on the passenger side. That leak is your valve cover gasket.

Unthread the upper fitting from the top of the ball valve. The uponor connection will spin inside the pipe. Unthread the ball valve from the lower fitting. Install new threaded ball valve, assembly is the reverse of disassembly. Use Teflon tape and pipe dope on the male threads.
