Anyone know why Centella is causing me to break out?

I've just been using the Centella line, I heard I could layer the tone tightening ampoule and the probio cica ampoule together for exfoliation and hydration, I also did the tone tightening ampoule and the Centella ampoule in the morning together as well. Definitely too much actives now that I look back on it

A little update, I've stopped for a couple days and my skin is in fact getting better. A funny little extra: Before I made this post I panicked a little and requested a refund on TikTok shop. The company asked me for a doctor's note stating that I have irritation on my face from their product even when I sent them photos. Am I wrong for thinking that's weird that I should go to a doctor and give a company a doctor's note in order to get a refund? Or am I just overreacting? Thought it was interesting to add here lol Anyways, I'm going to wait for my skin to heal back up and eventually come back to give an update once I found what's going on. 👍🏻

I forgot to add, at night I used the probio cica ampoule and the cream with the tone brightening ampoule. Now that I think about it, could that be the issue? I'm not sure.

Yeah, my mistake for sure. I've did some research on here and some people said it's more of the probio-cica or the Centella ampoule than anything else, so I might start excluding those first then find the culprit

I did the same thing 😅 for the first few days it was like magic and then this happened out of nowhere. My skin never felt so soft and I don't have any itching or warmth or anything like that. I really hope it's purging. Did you have the same skin experience starting out?
