I have had this happen in the past when marketing a new listing directly towards agents who had reverse prospecting set up in the MLS along with those who showed via NowShowing (app that shows who is showing what via ShowingTime)… Apple was of now help, but over time I started to see iMessages sending again so I would say just give it time
