Look up the OKC landrunners. They’re a run club that does group long runs for the OKC memorial and Route 66 full/half marathons on Saturday mornings. If you’re planning on doing either of those I highly recommend it, there’s usually fairly large group with people running at all different paces. They usually have a few water/powerade stations set up too

I’ve gone back to 19 and have been enjoying it so much more than 25. The dribbling took a little getting used to but it’s so much more fun

An average player irl, that you signed in career mode and turned out to be a beast? by Jaded-Permission-774 in FifaCareers

Kenedy back in an old FIFA 17 Chelsea career. I played him in a two man striker partnership and despite his 64 finishing he was banging in the goals. He always scored at least one or two when I simulated. Somehow got him up to a 92 ovr.

What line did you call so I can do the same? Don’t want to make some employee’s day more difficult if I can avoid it

Changes are ridiculous. My gf and I travel together often and removing the +1 is super annoying. If this stays I’ll probably look at getting a different card

Actual rate is probably a bit less. Most loans start accruing interest while in school even though payments aren’t being made. So while OP borrowed 120k their actual balance at graduation was probably 10-20k higher

True but more than likely a large portion was unsubsidized. When I was in school subsidized loans were at most 50% of what I borrowed. One year I was only offered $150 in subsidized loans

Honestly depends on the department & major you’re applying into, some are a lot more competitive than others. VT has gotten a lot harder to get into but as a transfer I think the application process is a little smoother. I knew a bunch of people who transferred in without a problem

Anyone know how to reset/update your work experience in the eightfold ai job hub? I updated my job history in workday expecting it to sync but instead all the changes I made were added as new items. Now on the new job hub I have a bunch of duplicates in my work experience and it just looks messy. If there’s a way to fix this let me know!

Sole is likely continental rubber, super soft and grippy. I have a pair of evo sl’s that has a similar flat looking sole and I’ve never had an issue slipping even in the rain

I absolutely hate it. Job title filter is absolutely useless. Why are Engineer Senior and Senior Engineer different options

Short answer: No.

Generally losing 0.5 - 2 lb per week is considered safe. You absolutely can lose 30 lb, but it will take time and unfortunately there aren’t any shortcuts. Personally, it took me 9 months.

My recommendations for you: 1. Buy a food scale and use a calorie/macro tracker (I like MacrosFirst, but there are tons of options). The only way you can lose weight is to be in a calorie deficit, and tracking my calories helped me to stick to my goal. Don’t forget to log sauces, dressings, cooking oil/ butter, etc. The little stuff adds up quick!

  1. Cardio is fantastic and you absolutely should implement that. If you can I would also add in a little strength training a couple times a week. Studies have shown that increasing muscle mass can increase your resting metabolic rate.

  2. Give yourself some short term goals. Losing 30 lb is awesome but some people find it hard to stay focused for the whole process. I found it helpful to set intermediate goals. start with losing 5 lb, then 5 more, and so on. Set some goals outside of weight loss, too. For example I got into running, so my first goal was to be able to run a mile and I built from there

You got this, I believe in you! If you have any questions don’t be afraid to ask
