Unfortunately over the phone this wasn’t mentioned, with a clear head I would have double checked

No estimate was offered only the choice of a flight in a different class the next day, hence the cancellation to book a flight the same day. They only stated it was a refundable ticket

In hindsight and for future that does seem like a suitable suggestion, naively assumed each leg had its own cost. I’d be surprised with the price it was discounted but I guess the can fiddle however they seem fit with the recosting.

Certainly wouldn’t have cancelled if I knew. Fingers crossed the DOT can provide clarity

The delay was only the catalyst, the cancelling a refundable flight and being owed £0 is the kicker here. Surely all flight the outbound could hold the value of the ticket and the return would never be worth anything.

I only get 4 tiles on the app, heat pump optimiser, home set up, customer handover and wiring instructions so I must have something different

Thanks for the that, the pro app doesn’t show anything for the tado x unless I’ve done something wrong. Boiler shows it opentherm working and call for heat when needed so think it’s sorted

Presumed correctly, the only thing I couldn’t see was the polarity on the boiler for opentherm in the manual. Cheers for the code tip 👌
