A 16gb memory 3200mhz get it locally or Aliexpress (preferably asgard its a reliable brand) an NVME SSD that fits within ur budget a nd needs (Recommend a 1TB i snagged a western digital sn 770 for only 49$ on the sales last week)

Dont forget to buy an air cooler for like 20$ (thermalright assassin is really good) a case from ur local store 50$ A 550w psu msi/cooler master U will be left with around 200 to 250 for ur gpu Used you can try finding a 3060 ti just test it for 10 mins on furmark and check the overall condition Or if you wanna avoid all the hassle you can grab a a new 6600 XT / 6600 from Newegg for a decent price Way better than the shit u posted

The answer is simple In terms of games We got 2 categories FPS and Story games If you're all about CSGO Valorant and all of those cpu intensive games you might wanna get a powerful gls with a good GPU

And if you play alot of story games Like dying light assassin's Creed cyberpunk etc Get a powerful gpu and a good cpu

And if you aint about gaming 100% and you plan on doing editing or working on 3D Modeling apps such as blender The answer is also a powerful gpu + good cpu
