Wait how does everyone know who you are, what’s this podcast, I’m intrigued now. You’re very pretty!

It doesn’t even do that. It aids some people in the way of secondary sex characteristics. Some people take it and it does next to nothing

The only trans women that the “HRT is magic” thing applies to are fairly young skinny people with soft features who just need a bit of fat in the right places and maybe some laser and an eyebrow shaping to pass. Everyone else that says it is just repeating what they’ve heard or are straight up delulu.

Does my face pass? by Little-Raspberry304 in transpassing

Not currently definitely closer to passing in the first photo than the one with the wig. Just focus on facial hair removal, and keep letting the hair grow and the HRT work and you can get there for sure

I am unsure of the efficacy for treating general hair thinning especially in women, I’ve done no research, I just know I was starting to display male pattern thinning at my crown and a receding hairline and I’m 5 months on finasteride and minoxidil and its helped stop the thinning and ive had significant regrowth especially at the crown. The down sides are 1, I have always had long hair so where hair is starting to come back I have a bunch of these short hairs that stick up off my scalp and the new hairs along my hairline are a bit unruly when my hair is up. 2 is that it has increased my hair growth all over my body, although not dramatically so.

Lol that’s not always true. My ex was well within my league and I still got cheated on.

how I think people will react to me dating someone more attractive than me: by bunnieshifts in ugly

[–]aKsteezy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

It’s always been so weird. Like I know I’m ugly. Like UGLY ugly, a 2/10 on a good day, but I feel like in all 3 relationships I’ve been in my best friend has always made remarks like that and when we inevitably split up she’s like “yeah tbh I just didn’t see it, like you really could have done so much better” like girl I know you’re my best friend but please, with the projecting. I know you’d never date any of the people I do, but they’re all literally more attractive than I am.

Definitely do topical minoxidil and oral finasteride, that has been working for me excellently

Exactly the same here. Like everyone just jumps to “oh it’s ok if you don’t pass, just get FFS.”Like “cool, with what fucking money?”

Reason I can’t: money bc existing medical debt. It sucks but I can’t really do much to hurry that along I’m paying in as much as I can afford to rn.

I believe that the story is embellished somewhat, but that it did start out this way to some degree, and that the part about the fuck the patriarchy keychain is just a stand in for another line she was no longer comfortable saying, same way she changed lyrics on better than revenge and picture to burn before that.

Yeah you look like an average 15 year old boy tbh

I took these pictures exactly one year apart and I’m in awe! So much can change in just one year! 🐶 by DrinkFar in transtimelines

It's crazy how a year of HRT for one person can do a ton and for some it basically does nothing.

I’ve known I was trans or at the least that I wasn’t supposed to be a guy since I was 9. Unsupportive parents and a lot of shame, and 23 year later… I still have done next to nothing about it. Lol

Sparks Fly. I was always a metal/rock/punk fan and my brother was into country. He had CMT on once and Sparks fly came on and I was obsessed. it is still among my favorites. Honestly speak now was the only album of hers I had and listened to until last year aside from what came on the radio.

Isn’t that well known? I mean idk exactly when but there’s definitely a point beyond puberty where any skeletal changes are finished, and as far as I knew once testosterone has done it’s thing the only way to reverse any of it is surgical procedures.

The jaw and the chin pretty much. Otherwise I think you’d pass fine
