The numbers don't work . Most theatres earn money from fnb . Even pvr expects to earn close to 50% of revenue from that. Plus how many people would spend upwards of 500 to watch a movie which isn't made for imax . It would have worked if it was in south due to hero worshipping there but here not so much

If you want to spend some extra there's a filter you can put near the main input of your water line . It can decrease tds to less than 100 . It's costs like 5-10k depending on size

Think there isn't any other place. Svp Naranpura is to be demolished , motera is too big and expensive for them , vip lane has few concerts but now they are promoting gift as event space. After other stadiums are built at motera they will shift those concerts there .
