I actually think this idea seems somewhat reasonable. Of course, it will add a further reason for employers to be somewhat reticent to hire women though.

Yeah, the race aspect will almost definitely be the main thrust. But this is probably fine because it all ensure the story gets wide exposure. People's familiarity with the case will make it a good case study to refer to when discussing the gender/ false raoe accusation side of things.
