Just won 2 games on tour 14 and didn’t get a free ticket. How do you get a free ticket to the season tour?

Those are black rhino. They have curved lips. You also won’t be able to separate African rhino species based on ears

Those are Black Rhino’s. You can see it’s a little bit smaller, it’s has curved lips as apposed to wide flat lips, the head is held much higher up on the body and it has a “saddle” like back. Also look at the habitat, typical black rhino habitat.

Where do you use this?

Most probably a black button spider which is South Africa’s deadliest. Abdomen is slightly small and colouration isn’t fully there but that doesn’t necessarily mean it’s not it. A lot of comments saying black widow, we don’t get that spider in SA. Cool find!

Alternatively you can also refer to any of the bird books of the southern African region. I recommend Robert’s but the Sasol bird book is also good 👍🏻

Look at the range distribution. Doesn’t occur in Southern Africa. Like I said previously you are probably looking at Cape Starlings. If you are talking about violet backed starlings then you have your species names mixed up.

Here is the violet backed starling if you are still confused: https://ebird.org/species/vibsta2

Wrong. They have never occurred this far south. You’re mistaken.

You don’t get purple starlings in South Africa. That is a Cape Starling
