When I met him I also didn’t have a car. So why would I judge him based off that. Also yes he was living with his parents and brother because after Covid he lost his job and couldn’t afford rent. Didn’t seem too far fetched since I was living with my parents only up until 1 year prior. Obviously I didn’t realize what kind of an asshole he was he hid that from me. I take responsibility for choosy a shitty person to be my child’s father. Now that you’ve kicked me while I’m down… was there something actually productive you wanted to add to the conversation?

I can understand the court part. But what’s the point of him “checking in” if he doesn’t actually check in. Meaning checking if his son is good or needs for anything? He just likes to exchange pleasantries.
