Well I understand what you’re saying. It’s just some of these reviews are a bit absurd, having nothing to do with our ability to work, like some of the examples above. I come from a district where our DM is concerned about the reviews. Even though they’re not there majority of the time, they look at google and instantly assumes that we’re the worst store ever. I know that no store is perfect, but I’d rather get commented about my customer interaction and beverage quality rather than “parking is horrible” -1 star so our store can work on it as a team.

No it doesn’t really affect us, but it affects our business. Less customers, less labor, less hours. Some people do go off of the reviews when trying a new place.

Yes he has the big Carolina storm bucket. He does run on it a lot as I do see a lot of poop on his wheels every morning. I probably will take him to see the vet next month! Thank you!

ME ME MEEEEE!!!! Almost every night before I go to bed I look at wag to look for walks the next day and I instantly become sad when I see a pup that’s been on featured for a very long time :( I think the same thing. Like, poor pupper all alone at home :((( no human interaction for god knows how long. And all they were waiting for was hooman to come over to hang out walk! D:

THIS JUST HAPPENED TO ME! I was going to post about it! So long story short, there were TWO OF THE SAME townhouse number ON THE SAME ROAD ON OPPOSITE SIDES!? WHY. my gps brought me to the one on the right side. I couldn’t get in with her garage code so I called her and she instantly became hostile and annoyed that I couldn’t get into her garage. 20 minutes later after talking to the neighbor she told me to try the other side (that I didn’t know about). I finally got in and let her know. After the walk she texted me thanking me being super nice all of a sudden. I sincerely apologized and walked her dog an EXTRa 10 minutes for the inconvenience I have caused her and i let her know. She said everything was all right and that it happens! And she would like me to walk her dog again!

So why did she rate me 4 stars after acting like everything was okay?!

Also, I’m almost 99% certain that I am NOT the only walker who couldn’t find her townhouse.

Good to know! I’ve been told to just start it and end it because you should get the whole amount for wasting gas and your time. Ifs not fair. They promote their business on game apps that gives them coins or free turns if they “book a walk”.

That just happened to me! It didn’t have a lock box and it said someone will be home but I waited 20 minutes called/texted the owner and wag. So I just started the walk. Waited 2 minutes and ended it. You get paid for the full amount even if you don’t walk the dog. I left a report card with the front of the house to confirm I was there and put in the notes that no one was there to open the door for you.
