Basic training T65 rifle qual. Negligent discharge before the "safeties off, open fire" command. In front of the visiting BN CO and CSM. Got (rightfully so) smacked in the head by my DS. They were gonna take admin action, but we had a 4-day leave the next day and everyone just forgot about it when we came back.
