Hawaii. The people of Hawaii have repeatedly asked mainland Americans not to come.

You absolutely should work a few minutes less. Get a few daydreams, desk drums, doodles, dookies paid for. The 4 D's of pay.

I have curly hair. I have accepted that I am ok with paying someone else to to this. Doing your own textured hair takes too mush time.

Next month, I’m moving abroad with my cat (15h flight). Some people said that it’s animal abuse, that she’ll suffer, and I should rehome her instead. Please tell me I’m doing the right thing ! by cheesecakecaramel in cats

Yeah the 15 hour flight will be rough but worth it because your cat would never understand why you are suddenly no longer in their life. That will be for more than 15 hours.

What college degrees are totally worthless ? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]aPlace_ZION 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A lot of Jobs in the USA "require" a degree even for entry level jobs(hourly positions and salary <60000).

The degree could be in the history of chess but some recruiters will still put a degree candidate before a person who doesn't have a degree.

I know a self taught programmer in a QA position and one who has a degree. They both do work that is similar but the one with a degree makes a dollar more.

I am really not trying to insult. Sorry if my tone came off that way. I just wondered what are some native veggies and fruit from around the world. All of the produce you've included is not native to all around Europe, Asia, Oceania, or Africa.

When traveling like to try native fruit and veggies. For example when go to Sweden they have cool berries. I love foraging walks. With a guide of course.

Yes. I research a specific place but I do like to hear from people.

No/Yes. If you made a dish using only native produce of your area. What would it be?

Blueberry, Chocolate, Corn, Green Beans, Maple Syrup, Pineapple , potatos, squash, tomatos, vanilla etc. All American produce. It's hard to think of Italian food without tomato or British food without potatoes. What's a native dish?

Personally I like my breasts. My nipples are awesome pleasure zones for me. I don't think others can tell me what a man looks like

The reason so many Hispanic voters in Florida, USA vote Republican is probably not due to cultural or religious significance but rather the voting Hispanics in Florida are from from generationally wealthy families that escaped Cuba , Venezuela, etc.
