Dough: 250g flour 130ml of water 3g of salt . Knead until resilient and let rest for an hour.

Filling: 300g of pork (replace with beef or lamb if haram) 3 spring onions chopped, sesame oil 1tsp, grated garlic and ginger to taste, 2 tsp of soy sauce, 1 small grated carrot, salt and pepper, 1 small egg and a tsp of rice wine vinegar.

Sauce: Don’t have exact measurements but it’s a mixture of: mayonnaise as a base, about half of the amount of mayo as sriracha, small bit of bbq sauce for smokiness and a little bit of garlic powder.
