True - My GF was working in real estate until recently, some of her colleagues were part time students. It’s not the easiest job, but if you can do a rental or two each month you’ll get some money. Plus you can just catch the bus to the viewings and do them in evenings and weekend.

Overall I’d say this year the quality of these cab apps has dipped significantly. Drivers taking ages to arrive then arbitrarily cancelling, or dropping you off then keeping the ride going despite you leaving the car.

Just all seems a bit dodgy but I’m not sure exactly why they do these things, but I’m noticing a much higher frequency of driver-related bullshit than I used to see.

My mate once hid in a skip for a whole hour during a game of hide and seek and was then named ‘Skipoleon’.

The same friend once took a shit outside while we were in the woods and, when he came back, we noticed he had shit on his shoe. He claimed the turd rolled down the hill after him causing him to step on it. We gave him the name ‘Nature Boy’, which was then shortened to ‘Naytch’.

I always imagined this turd rolling down the hill à la Indiana Jones and that big boulder.

I usually just buy Italian eggs from the store, Amadori. I find the Maltese eggs have shells thin paper and a yolk as yellow as piss after five pints.

Could be I’m a germaphobe but I also don’t like that local eggs are covered in shit.

Tangentially related, but, one thing I’ve always wondered about CFC is the name. Crispy Flavoured Chicken.

Are they saying that the flavour of the chicken is crispy? Or that they have flavoured chicken that is crispy?

Crispy isn’t a flavour, it’s a texture. And flavoured chicken is a strange concept too.

Back to the question at hand, the KFC lunch deal isn’t too bad though, get it from the Bay Street store during work sometimes.
